A.    It is unlawful for any person to be in a City park between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:30 a.m., of any day unless prior written approval is properly obtained from the authorized agency managing the City parks.

    B.    Any violation of this provision shall be punishable as a Class B misdeaneanor. (Ord. No. 95-09, Enacted, 04/19/95)
