In accordance with UCA 10-3-928, the City Attorney may prosecute violations of state law found in Title 27, 31a and 41 of the Utah Code for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, improper lookout, turning through private property, excessive noise, exhibition of speed, expired license, driving while uninsured, etc., and all other violations of state law.
