Section 9.76.060 Violation--Penalty.

Doing, or failing to do, anything required by the provisions of this chapter shall be unlawful and punishable by a fine in an amount not exceeding one thousand (1,000) dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of time not exceeding six (6) months, or by any combination of the fine or imprisonment. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense and each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and citations may be issued for each day not in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter .
