A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. to consider a rezone request from Chris and Rachel Preece for property located at 567 N. Vernal Ave., Vernal, Utah to rezone from C-2 Commercial zone to R-4 Residential Zone.
Later, a public hearing of the Vernal City Council will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. to consider the final recommendation of the Vernal City Planning Commission regarding the above rezone request. Both public hearings will be held in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah.
