A public hearing before the Planning Commission and Vernal City Council to consider a municipal code change.
VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARINGS
A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. to consider amending the Vernal City Municipal Planning and Zoning Code by adding Section 16.20.308 – Dwelling, Internal additional, and amending Sections 16.34.020 – A-1 Agricultural zone permitted uses, 16.36.035 – R-1 zone permitted uses, 16.38.035 – RA-1 zone permitted uses, 16.40.035 – R-2 zone permitted uses, 16.42.035 – R-3 zone permitted uses, 16.44.035 – R-4 zone permitted uses and 16.46.020 – MH manufactured home zone permitted uses - Ordinance No. 2021-18.
Later, a public hearing of the Vernal City Council will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. to consider the final recommendation of the Vernal City Planning Commission regarding the above ordinance.
Both public hearings shall be held in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main St, Vernal, Utah. Property owners and other interested persons are urged to attend.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these meetings should notify Allen Parker at 374 East Main St, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255.
