Is your Vernal Mayor smarter than a 5th grader? Mayor Doug Hammond participated in the Uintah Schools Education Foundation fundraiser. Mayor’s team of adults squared off against a team of 5th graders – one from every elementary school in the area. The 5th grader’s earned the most bids to win the event.
