A public hearing of the Vernal City Planning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:05 p.m. to consider a rezone request from James Honert for property located at 67 South 200 West, Vernal, Utah to rezone from CC-1 Commercial zone and R-4 Residential Zones to CC-1 Commercial Zone.
Later, a public hearing of the Vernal City Council will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. to consider the final recommendation of the Vernal City Planning Commission regarding the above rezone request. Both public hearings will be held in the Vernal City Council Chambers at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah.
