NOTICE TO CONSIDER A SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT TO VACATE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 715 SOUTH 300 WEST MARCELLA MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
IN VERNAL, UTAH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vernal City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting in the City Council Chambers at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, on December 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Petition to vacate parcel Number 05:054:0337, lot 37 of Marcella Meadows Subdivision, property located at 715 South 300 West from Marcella Meadows Subdivision in Vernal, Utah.
All persons having interest in the proposed vacation or affected entities providing services to this property who are not in favor of this vacation may file an objection, in writing, with the Vernal City Recorder at 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah 84078. Any objection must be filed within ten days mailed notification. If objections are received within the prescribed time frame, a public hearing before the Vernal City Council will be scheduled within 45 days of the petition being filed.
The Vernal City Council will determine whether good cause exists for the vacation and whether the public interest or any person will be materially injured by the proposed vacation.
